Since the passing of Gingie Boy and Junior, my outside girl Patchie has now become an inside girl. Gingie Boy just couldn't take to her being in the house.
The only times she would get to stay inside would be New Years Eve with all the fireworks going off. She would be locked in the dining room which has glass doors. To solve the 'I can see you' problem, I would tape newspapers onto the glass.
So far, I've been very pleased with her progress in becoming an inside cat. She still has a little problem with "kitty litter- what's that?" but we're working on it.

Thanks paula for visiting my blog... so sorry to hear about your cats passing away... I hope you and your family have a great christmas... and i love your chrissy cards... your rocking!!! love leeann
Merry Christmas to you too!! glad to hear the kitty is doing well...all it really takes is a little TLC:-) My daughter just saved a cat from being "put to sleep" at her Vet office...the owner said it was a mean cat & wouldn't use the litter box...Angie adopted it & brought it home & just loved it & took care of it & it ALWAYS uses the litter box now & is so loving & snuggly...she is just a kitten only 2 years old...so I am proud that she now has a long & happy life ahead of her!
Gorgeous cat, how cool that she's "moving up" in the world. I have a couple like that myself and it's great to see them settled and happy.
